Provide ongoing support for global risk management and benefits solutions provider for their Hiring Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management systems across multiple platforms. Scope of services includes all end-user training and support, curriculum development, and regression testing of system enhancements. Support over 20,000 employees globally. Customer focus and commitment to excellence yielded world-class Net Promoter Score of 90% for our services. Relationship is ongoing and spans more than 5 years to date.


Provide interim HR Manager expertise for the commercial distribution operations arm of a global, Fortune 5 diversified manufacturer. Responsible for leading a cultural transformation project by coaching business leaders and providing change management for realignment of work teams.

Success of first assignment led to additional interim HR Manager role with the client's commercial real estate group, guiding the team through the performance management process during a significant market downturn.


Tasked with providing critical Project Management leadership for an insurance provider implementing a talent acquisition system to support high volume hiring (up to 90 new hires per week). Project had stalled despite significant capital investment. We were called to triage the project status, provide critical process and development feedback, and lead the project through to implementation. System went live on time and on budget.


Function as interim Global HR Director for multinational networking & telecommunications services provider. Executed global headcount rationalization yielding over $18MM in cost savings, including all legal review and negotiation with Works Councils. Also spearheaded global Job Alignment project that reduced number of active job titles by 70%


Engaged by a leading multimedia corporation to analyze data of 8,000 employees in preparation for major reorganization of company assets. Prepared reference materials and documentation for presentation by client staff to corporate leadership and the BoD.

Success of project led to second engagement analyzing 250 low-rated performance reviews generated via client's annual performance management process. Ensured ratings were supported by data and context; classified reviews as low/medium/high risk on that basis. Developed recommendations to mitigate legal exposure.


Retained as Director of HR for start-up wholesaler with high-end retail operations. Developed all HR processes and employee guidelines. Sourced, selected, and implemented comprehensive medical, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits programs. Provided all day-to-day HR services.
