Greg Smith - Partner

Prior to co-founding The Janus Firm, Greg gained substantial experience in a variety of progressively larger strategic HR leadership roles at General Electric. A graduate of GE's prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program, Greg holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.

Tyson Smith - Partner

Tyson's prior experience spanned various industries and HR disciplines as he provided Compensation, Talent Development, and generalist HR leadership for Honeywell and BorgWarner. He also provided HR Consulting and Account Management services for a boutique staffing firm prior to co-founding The Janus Firm. Like Greg, Tyson holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
